Back to work!!

Today was my first day back at work. So far, that's the hardest thing I've had to do since being a mom and I'm sure there will be many more but we won't think about that right now.We packed up his swing and pack n play and some toys and off to Miss Pam's he went. I cried all morning and finally dried my tears when we pulled in the parking lot at work. After I went in, I was fine. And I didn't call once to check on him. I was afraid if I did that I would start blubbering again so I just left work and raced to pick him up. I knew he was in great hands.
Pam came as such a blessing when her husband told Donnie last week that she was interested in keeping Maddox. They live 5 minutes from us and we pass their house on our way to work every day. So, rather than drive to the other side of Kingston to my mom's (grammy's) we decided to go to Pam Fowler's. She's great and they are a wonderful Christian family. He is the only baby so he's getting all the attention. I just hope she doesn't spoil him too bad...LOL
But work was not too bad...thank goodness. I certainly had enough on my mind. Thanks everyone for calling and checking on us this evening to see how things went. I also want to say thanks to Amanda and Eli & Susan, Mitchell and Noah for coming to visit before I returned to work and for the great Enchilada's and thanks to Angie and my sister Kris for bringing us dinner as well... We love you all!!!

Anyway, here are a few new pics of Maddox, cousin Noah Oh, and one of his sister Gabby who thought she was being sneaky when she stole his passy...LOL She's so funny.

That last one cracks me up! He looks like he is already trying to be "cool." Ha. That one needs to be blown up! I am sad for you, but you will make it in time. He is a doll!

I'm glad that you made it through your first day back at work...that is so tough!! I'm just glad that you found someone you like to keep Maddox, that makes a huge difference! He is so adorable, and is looking like his Daddy!

Those pictures are great! Love the one of Gabby, what a sneak! I have to tell ya, it does get a little easier after a while. I will definitely be thinking about you in the days to come! I never imagined how hard it would be to leave them.
